感应退火走料速度对纯钛管材组织和性能的影响

摘    要:对纯钛管材连续式感应退火的走料速度与管材组织和性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,采用2m/min,1m/min,0.5m/min3种走料速度均可获得良好的再结晶组织和力学性能,而且感应退火后管材表面氧化轻微,其退火管材可以进行变形率不大于70%的后续加工。本实验的3种走料速度感应退火是合适的中间半成品退火工艺。

Abstract:The effects of delivery speed on the microstructure and mechanical properties for C.P. Ti tubes by induction annealing were studied. The results show that the fine recrystallization microstructure combined with acceptable mechanical properties can be obtained when the delivery speed is 2 m/min, 1 m/min or 0.5 m/min. At meantime, the surface oxidation of treated tubes is light, and the subsequent working of the tubes can be performed by large processing rate, which indicated that the object of intermediate annealing has been realized.
