| 摘 要： | 在中国的文化起源中,葫芦扮演了重要的角色,并衍生发展为内涵丰富的中华葫芦文化。在以"葫芦文化"为文化形象的辽宁省葫芦岛市,以葫芦所象征的中国吉祥文化中的"福禄"文化为主题开发的特色葫芦宴——"中国葫芦(福禄)宴",主题鲜明,带有浓郁的地域文化色彩和民俗风情,可作为当地打造"葫芦文化"城市形象中一个独具特色的饮食文化品牌。

| Abstract: | Calabash has played a significant role in the origin of the Chinese culture,and thus came the influential calabash culture.In Huludao（calabash island,if translated literally） City,Liaoning where calabash is the image of its culture,the Chinese Calabash Banquet is developed,which features the Chinese values Fu（blessing） and Lu（fortune） and reflects the local folk customs. |
