摘    要:针对姚河坝电站球阀液压控制系统在使用过程中出现事故状态时球阀不能关闭和球阀油系统与机组油系统窜油现象,对球阀液压控制系统进行了技术改造,成功地解决了存在的问题,简化了阀组和管路数量,优化了系统的设备结构,提高了系统可靠性,为此类设备改造提供了一种良好的设计思路。

Abstract:During the application process of ball valve hydraulic control system at Yaoheba Hydropower Plant,the ball valve can not be shut off during the emergency condition,and the oil systems of the ball valve and unit have the problem of oil expelling. Through the technological reform of the ball valve hydraulic control system,the above problems are successfully solved. The quantities of valve set and pipelines are simplified. The equipment structure of the system is optimized. The reliability of the system is improved. This provides a good design idea for the reform of this kind of equipment.
