| 摘 要： | 高职高专学生的顶岗专业实习是其在大学期间必须经历的一个过程,也是当今职业教育教学计划中的重要组成部分。特别是对于餐饮、旅游这些操作性很强的专业而言,实习过程对实习生、企业和学校都起着举足轻重的作用。本文以学生的酒店实习为个案,归纳总结了学生实习中常见的问题,提出相应的解决问题的思路和方法,旨在为餐旅专业学生的实习工作提供有益探索。

| Abstract: | Working as interns is a required course for college students and a significant part of higher vocational education.Taking students of catering management as an example,this paper summarizes the problems that are most likely to occur during the students＇ internship,and then suggests ways to solve the problems in order to provide reference for interns at hotels. |
