乙腈加氢制乙胺的合成工艺研究

摘    要:以乙腈和氢为原料,在过量氨和催化剂的作用下,反应生成乙胺,并且可以直接采用丙烯腈装置 副产乙腈为原料.合理的操作条件为:反应温度100~140℃,反应压力为2.0~3.0 MPa,氨与乙腈比为 2~5:1,氢与乙腈比为20~30.

Abstract:With hydrogen and acetonitrile as the raw materials,elhylamine is synthesized under the help of catalyst and superfluous ammonia. The acetonitrile that is a by-product in arcylonitrile device can be directly used as the raw material. The reasonable operating conditions are as follows: temperature 100 ~ 140C , pressure 2.0 ~ 3.0 MPa, the ratio of ammonia to acetonitrile 2 ~ 5:1,and the ratio of hydrogen to acetonitrile 20 ~ 30: 1 .
