干法腈纶纺丝油剂单体的国产化研究

通过试验产品与国产其它同类产品分析数据的对比,试验产品在理化指标和复配及腈纶丝上油使用测试指标上达到了进品４１２ ＃ 单体的指标要求,可以替代进口产品。还讨论了本项目工业化生产的可行性与经济效益预测。

The Study about the National Own Production of the Monomer of Oily Emulsion for Dry Spinning Finish of Acrylic Fibers

Through comparing the laboratory product with other domestic same products and the imported 412 #monomer by analysing the test and measurement data, it can be concluded that the laboratory product has reached the indexes set for the imported 412 # monomer on physical and chemical properties and the characteristics manifested by the oily emulsiom made up from the laboratory product and other components, therefore, the laboratory product can be substituted for the imported 412 # monomer. The feasibility of industrialization and the prediction of the economic benefit of the project was also discussed.
