| Abstract: | In order to ensure safe and reliable operation of a crane, it is necessary to install a torque limiter or overload protector. Present paper introduces common working principles of the torque limiter, puts forward the modified protection principle of torque limiter for crane, points out several problems, to which attention should be paid in designing electric control. |
