摘    要:提出了一种递阶分布式结构的多代理框架模型。该模型一方面通过Agent的动态生成与消亡来满足实时环境下车间生产的动态性,另一方面Agent之间不需要进行协调,避免了Agent之间冲突的发生,大大提高了系统的响应速度。引入Microsoft Windows DNA技术来满足敏捷环境下对制造执行系统的可集成性、可重构性、可适应性、可扩展性和互操作性的要求,并开发了原型系统。实验结果表明系统具有较好的效用性、可操作性,对敏捷环境下可集成的制造执行系统的研究具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:Most of the MES(Manufacturing Execution System) are monolithic, insufficiently configurable and difficult to modify. Due to the shortcoming and deficiency of traditional MES, a multi-Agent-based hierarchy distributed architecture is proposed .On one hand, the system can solve dynamic production real-time control problems by generating and destroying Agent dynamically. On the other hand,it is unnecessary to be cooperation between Agents, so this architecture can avoid conflict and improve respond speed of the system. The work flow of Agents presented in this paper is described in detail. To meet the requirements of integratable,configurable,adaptable,scalable and interoperable of MES in a concurrent competent environment, the technology of Microsoft Windows DNA is adopted to develop this integratable MES .Windows DNA -based infrastructure of integratable MES is also described in this paper. Finally, the implementation technique and a case of supporting integrated MES based windows DNA are also discussed.
