Abstract:[Aims]A method was developed for determining of topramezone and atrazine residues in corn and plant by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). [Methods] The sample was extracted by acetonitrile/water, cleaned-up by dispersive solid phase extraction with C18 and PSA, analyzed by UPLC-MS/MS under multiple reaction monitoring mode, and quantified by external standard method. [Results]The results showed that in the range of 0.0005 mg/L~0.05 mg/L, the linear relationship between the mass concentrations of the 2 pesticides and their corresponding peak areas was good, with r>0.999. At three spiked concentration levels, the average recoveries of the topramezone varied from 73.4% to 97.8% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranging from 2.2% to 6.9%; the average recoveries of the atrazine varied from 74.2% to 105.5% with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranging from 2.8% to 14.8%; [Conclusions]The methods were simple and has good separation effect, the accuracy and the sensitivity of the method met the requirements of residue detection.
