| |
Abstract: | The present study was an attempt to assess job satisfaction, perceived effort and heart rate and find out the relationships between these three variables in a field study conducted in a cigar factory, and 40 female workers were chosen for it. The mean heart rate of the satisfied subjects was significantly lower than that of the dissatisfied subjects. There was a significant correlation between job satisfaction and heart rate but the correlation between perceived effort and heart rate was not significant. |
