电磁加热技术在橡胶硫化工艺中的应用研究

摘    要:本文介绍了电磁加热技术在橡胶硫化生产工艺中的应用。阐述了在现今橡胶硫化工艺中存在的问题以及搭载电磁加热技术后的优点,并通过实验工艺论证:在模具中直接搭载电磁加热技术实现对橡胶制品的硫化,充分解决了在现今工艺中出现的温度流失、受热不均、加工时长等问题,以及满足行业中越来越高的环保要求。

Abstract:This paper introduces the application of electromagnetic heating technology in the vulcanization process of rubber. The problems existing in the present vulcanization process of rubber and the advantages of the electromagnetic heating technology are expounded, and it is demonstrated by the experimental process that the vulcanization of rubber products can be realized by using the electromagnetic heating technology directly in the mould, it fully solves the problems of temperature loss, uneven heating, long processing time and so on in the present process, and meets the higher and higher environmental protection requirements in the industry.
