摘    要:水文资料作为水文工作中的重要内容,其精度和质量会直接关系到水资源综合利用及水利工程设计等工作的决策。通过对伊洛瓦底江干流密支那、杰沙、德贝金3个水文站的水位、流量资料来源,上下游关系进行对比分析,以及密支那站的水位、流量进行比测分析,论证了其水位、流量资料的精度和可靠性。结果表明:伊洛瓦底江干流密支那、杰沙、德贝金3个水文站的水位资料基本可靠,流量资料的精度和可靠性存在极大的不确定性。评价结果为伊洛瓦底江流域水利工程的规划设计提供了有力的参考价值。

Abstract:As an important part of hydrological work, the accuracy and quality of hydrological data will directly affect the decision-making of water resources development and utilization as well as engineering design. The accuracy and reliability of the water level and flow data of three hydrological stations, Myitkyina, Jiesha and Debeijin on the main Irrawaddy River were analyzed and compared by analyzing the data sources and their upper-lower relations. The water level and flow rate at Myitkyina Station were verified via survey. The results showed that the water level data at these three hydrological stations are basically reliable. However, the uncertainty and accuracy of the flow data are extremely uncertain. This research provides a favorable reference for the planning and design of water projects in the Irrawaddy River Basin.
