电厂在线化学仪表测量现状及新型评价模型的研究

摘    要:为深入了解中国电厂在线化学仪表应用现状,对分布于9省的11家电厂进行了实地调研,采用YHJ-V型移动式标准化学仪表检验装置对695台化学仪表进行了动态检验分析。根据试验大数据绘制了整机工作/示值/引用误差离散图,分析总结了化学仪表测量现状及存在的问题。认为DL/T 246—2015《化学监督导则》给出的计算方法难以实现对化学仪表测量准确性和监督可靠性的评价,即大多数电厂化学仪表正确投运小时数和投运总小时数统计困难,缺乏确认仪表测量是否准确的检验手段。为此,提出了一种新型的电力行业化学仪表准确性评价模型,该模型可以更加客观地计算仪表测量的准确性以及量化仪表管理维护水平的差异,有利于调动电厂化学仪表日常维护工作者的积极性,使化学仪表发挥更好的监督作用。

Abstract:In order to investigate deeply the application status of on-line chemical instruments in China, onsite dynamic inspection and analysis were performed on 695 chemical instruments of 11 power plants across 9 provinces using YHJ-V inspection device. The error variance diagram was plotted based on the big data from tests, and then both the current situation and existing problems are summarized. It is concluded that the calculation method recommended by DL/T 246—2015《Chemical Supervision Guidelines》is difficult to be implemented to evaluate the measurement accuracy and supervision reliability of on-line chemical instruments. To be more specific, there is no better way to accurately count the number of total hours and hours of normal operations due to lack of technologies to verify the instrumental measurements. Therefore, a new model for evaluating the accuracy of chemical instruments in electric power industry has been proposed in this paper, which can more objectively calibrate the accuracies of the instrumental measurement and quantitatively determine the difference of instrument management and maintenance levels, which is beneficial to motivate the maintenance team in their routine work so as to take full advantages of chemical instruments for supervision purposes.
