摘    要:现有配电网仍以交流配电为主,未能涵盖交流、直流及交直流混合3种类型的配电形式,并且对配电网综合效益的评估方法主观性较强。提出一套中低压配电网的综合效益评估体系。该指标体系分为技术性、经济性、适应性、社会性及环保性5个方面,每一方面包含多个具体的指标。对于典型交流、直流和交直流混合的配电方式,采用一种基于模糊熵权的综合评价方法,实现综合效益评估。通过算例分析,对所提出的方法进行了验证。

Abstract:AC power distribution network is now the main form of the distribution network, which failed to cover three distribution form, AC, DC and AC-DC hybrid power distribution. The subjectivity of exiting distribution network assessment method is strong Thus, this paper proposes a set of assessment system to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of medium and low voltage distribution network, which includes five aspects:technology, power supply reliability, economy, sociality and environment protection, and each aspect is further subdivided into a number of specific indicators. Meanwhile, the comprehensive evaluation method based on fuzzy entropy weight is adopted to assess the comprehensive benefit of typical distribution mode of AC, DC and AC-DC hybrid power distribution network. The proposed method was verified by a few examples.
