摘    要:提出了一种全空间标定方法,可用于快速高精度 的三维测量。液晶屏作为标准平面显 示二维光栅以及被投射一维光栅,通过固定在平移台上在测量空间Z方向进行 移动,相机抓 拍光栅,计算截断相位后,建立截断相位和三维空间的坐标关系。通过改变光栅频率可实现 空间尺寸的标定,从而实现全空间的标定。测量时,计算出截断相位,通过查表索引可快速 得到物体的空间坐标信息。搭建了标定系统,并用测量实验验证了标定算法的有效性。

Abstract:A full-space calibration method is proposed,which can be used for fast and high-precision 3D measurement.The one-dimensional grating was projected an d the two-dimensional grating was displayed on the liquid crystal screen being u sed as a standard plane,which moved in the Z direction o f the measurement spac e by being fixed on the translation stage.The gratings were captured by the came ra,and after the truncated phase was calculated,the coordinate relationship be tween the truncated phase and the space would be established.Calibration of dif ferent spatial dimensions can be achieved by changing the grating frequency to a chieve full space calibration.When measuring,the truncated phase is calculated ,and the space coordinate information of the object can be quickly obtained by looking up the table index.The calibration system was built and the effectivene ss of the algorithm was verified by measurement experiments.
