摘    要:目前,气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)在现代电网中已得到了广泛应用,为了保证GIS设备的安全可靠运行,在现场开展冲击耐压试验是十分必要的。但是随着电压等级的提升,被试验的GIS等效电容显著增大,而传统的试验设备由于受到体积等因素的制约,导致现场开展冲击试验耗时较长。针对现场开展高效冲击试验存在的问题,介绍了一种2 400 kV/240 kJ敞开自立式冲击耐压试验装置的电气及机械设计情况,并描述了该装置在某220 kV变电站内开展252 kV GIS振荡型雷电冲击耐压试验的情况。现场测试结果表明:该装置能有效提高现场冲击耐压试验的效率,降低试验成本。研究结果可为该装置进一步的推广应用提供参考。

Abstract:Gas insulated switchgear (GIS) is widely used in the modern power grid. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of GIS, on-site impulse withstand voltage test is needed. With the voltage growing, the equivalent capacitance of tested GIS increases significantly. Limited by characters of traditional test equipment such as volume, the on-site test usually takes long time. Aiming at on-site test efficiency problem, the electrical and mechanical design schemes of 2400kV/240kJ open self-standing impulse voltage test equipment were given in detail. The on-site oscillating lighting test of 252kV GIS in a 220kV transformer substation was presented. The results showed that the equipment can raise test efficiency and reduce the cost, which can provide reference for further application of the equipment.
