摘    要:分布式电源靠近用户侧向用户直接供电,有利于提高能源利用效率,扩大可再生能源利用规模。以分布式电源微电网电费结算业务为应用场景,引入区块链和智能合约技术构建了异构分布式电源电费结算系统,对其中智能合约抽象生成和分发方法、电费结算合约自动执行方法、电量数据交叉校核方法,以及交易记录收敛共识方法等进行了研究,并结合具体应用场景提出了系统部署与实施建议,为提高分布式电源微电网电费结算效率提供新的解决方案。

Abstract:Distributed generation (DG) directly supplies power to users nearby, is conducive to improving energy efficiency and expanding the scale of renewable energy utilization. In this paper, based on the application scenario of distributed generation microgrid settlement business, a heterogeneous distributed generation settlement system is constructed by introducing blockchain and smart contract technology. The abstraction, generation and distribution method of smart contract, automatic execution method of settlement contract, cross-checking method of tariff data and convergence consensus method of transaction records are designed concretely. Finally, the system deployment and implementation suggestions are proposed based on specific application scenarios, in order to provide a new solution for improving the efficiency of settlement in distributed generation microgrid.
