摘    要:特高压交直流系统安全稳定特性复杂,在严重多重故障下可能存在较大事故风险,需要采取预防措施进行控制。对于实时性要求不太高(分钟级)的安全稳定问题,及时有效的故障后紧急调控可以避免预防控制防御代价过大的问题。为了弥补目前调度运行人员采用的离线调度预案和校正控制实时决策计算的不足,提出了一种安全稳定紧急调控在线预决策方法。采用预想故障时域仿真的中长期变步长计算方法,通过各母线频率电压波动判断准稳态运行状态并形成运行方式,通过求解安全稳定约束优化函数获得预决策策略,实际故障发生后通过故障形态和安全稳定问题匹配预决策策略进行紧急调控,某实际电网的算例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:With the development of UHV AC/DC power system, the security and stability characteristics are becoming more and more complex, preventive controls are needed to reduce the accident risk of multiple serious faults. For security and stability problems with low real-time requirement (minute level), timely post-fault manual emergency regulation measures can avoid the high cost of preventive control. In order to remedy the defects of offline manual emergency regulation plans and real-time decision calculation of corrective control, an online pre-decision-making method of manual emergency regulation is proposed in this paper. Based on medium and long term time domain simulation method with variable step size, the quasi-steady operation state is determined by amplitude of frequency fluctuation, and the pre-decision-making strategy is obtained by solving the optimization function with steady state security constraints. The manual emergency regulation is carried out after real fault through pre-decision-making strategy of matching the types of fault and security problem. The validity of the method is verified by a case study of the actual power system.
