水库群综合管理市级平台的设计与实现

摘    要:针对我国各级水库管理部门水库群管理信息化系统普遍存在的信息分散、标准不统一、资源不完整、共享性不够等现实问题,结合县市级水管部门的实际业务需要,提出了一套基于Web GIS技术的水库群综合管理市级平台一体化解决方案。在充分研究管理部门需求的基础上,从资源整合、数据集成、系统架构、业务设计、数据存储和集中管理调度等方面对方案进行了详细研究和设计。该平台集成了异构的数据资源和离散的业务功能,实现了县市水库群的集中监管和联合管理,有效地提高了管理部门的工作效率,为管理部门科学高效管理提供了支撑。

Abstract:In the light of the shortcomings of the present reservoir group management information systems in China at various levels such as non-unified standards, scattered information, incomplete resources sharing and other practical problems, combining with the actual business requirement of county-level water administrative department, we put forward a set of solutions of Web reservoir GIS Technology Group Integrated Management Platform. We study the system in terms of resource integration, data integration, system architecture, business design, data storage and other aspects of centralized management and scheduling scheme. The platform integrates heterogeneous data resources and discrete business functions, and realizes the centralized supervision and united management of reservoir group, effectively improves the efficiency of management work, and provides support for the management of scientific and efficient management.
