摘    要:乡镇作为经济社会发展的重要一环,相比于城市,在自然资源禀赋、用能特性及能源设施基础条件等方面都具有自身独特特征。通过总结绿色生态乡镇的特征以及目前存在的问题,综合考虑乡镇清洁能源资源及冷、热、电用能需求,为实现电、气、冷、热多能互补,源、网、荷互动优化,从乡镇综合能源系统的多能源协同规划、运行优化、综合评价3个方面提出面向绿色生态乡镇的综合能源系统关键问题,对乡镇综合能源系统的未来发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:As an important part of economic and social development, townships have their own unique characteristics in natural resource, energy utilization characteristics and energy infrastructure conditions compared with cities. Based on an analysis of the characteristics and existing problems of green ecological townships with a consideration of the township’s clean-energy resource and their energy demand for the cooling, heating and electricity, and in order to realize the multi-energy complementarity of electricity, gas and heat and the interactive optimization of source, network and load, this paper discusses the key problems of the integrated energy system for the green ecological townships from the aspects of multi-energy coordinated planning, operation optimization and comprehensive evaluation, and makes a prediction for the future development direction of the township’s integrated energy system.
