泥石流磨蚀特性试验研究

摘    要:泥石流磨蚀特性是防治工程耐久性设计的关键参数,选取了5种固相比和5种浆体黏度共25组工况,采用自行研制的泥石流磨蚀系数测试装置进行泥石流磨蚀试验。实验结果表明:浆体黏度相同时泥石流磨蚀系数与泥石流体固相比成正相关,固相比相同时泥石流磨蚀系数与泥石流黏度成负相关;水石流及稀性泥石流的磨蚀能力显著大于黏性泥石流;工程中宜适当提高混凝土标号和增大混凝土砂浆保护层厚度来提高混凝土防治结构的耐磨性。研究成果对泥石流混凝土防治结构耐磨性设计有一定参考意义。

Abstract:The debris flow erosion characteristics are the key parameters for the durability design of control projects. The mud-stone abrasion test was carried out by using the self-developed mud-stone abrasion coefficient test device for total 25 working conditions of 5 solid phase ratios and 5 slurry viscosities. The experimental results show that when the viscosity was constant, the erosion coefficient of the debris flow was positively correlated with the solid phase ratio. When the solid phase ratio was constant, the erosion coefficient of the debris flow was negatively correlated with the viscosity. The erosion capability of the water-stone debris flow and the weak debris flow were significantly larger than that of the viscous debris flow. The anti-abrasion capability of control project can be increased by upgrading cement grade and slurring protection layer. The research results have certain reference values for anti-abrasion design of concrete prevention structure of debris flow.
