摘    要:IDA工艺路线草甘膦的脱氢岗位产生的H_2尾气中含有较多的杂质,采用水洗、酸洗、除氧、干燥、变压吸附(简称PSA)等工艺进行H_2提纯,H_2含量达99.8%以上,该工艺具有H_2回收率高、品质好,而且能将尾气中的有害杂质除尽等优点。

Abstract:High content above 99.8% of hydrogen could be purified and recovered by water washing,acid washing,oxygen removing,drying,pressure swing adsorption steps etc.from the dehydrogenation tail gas in preparation of glyphosate by iminodiacetic acid.,in which there are many impurities.This technology almost can remove all harmful impurities from the tail gas to produce high quality and high recovery yield of hydrogen.
