| 摘 要： | 用反相C18色谱柱,采用离子对色谱法,测定头孢他啶侧链酸的含量。本方法以溴化四丁基铵为离子对试剂,磷酸盐溶液为缓冲溶液,乙腈和水组成流动相。

| Abstract: | Ion-pair chromatography was applied to determine the content of(Z)-2-amino-alpha-1-(tert-butoxycarbonyl)]-1-1-methylethoxyimino-4-thiazoleacetic acid,using reversed phase C18 column.The mobile phase consist of acetonitrile and water,using butyl-tetra ammonium bromide as ionpair reagent,using phosphate as buffer solution. |
