| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了抗生素类药物环丙沙星的关键中间体2,4-二氯-5-氟苯甲酰氯的各种合成方法,包括最佳工艺条件和收率。从操作步骤简单、环保和收率较高的角度,比较了各自的优缺点。并对其合成工艺提出了合理的改进意见。

| Abstract: | The various production processes of 2,4-dichloro-5-fluorobenzoyl chloride,an important in- termediate for ciprofloxacin as an antibiotic,were reviewed in this article and optimum synthetic method was giv- en.The advantages and disadvantages of these processes were compared based on process simplicity,the environ- ment protection and yield.We also point out some reasonable improvements for the synthesis of 2,4-dichloro- 5-fluorobenzoyl chloride. |
