摘    要:电脱氧法是在熔盐体系中由金属氧化物直接电解制备金属或合金的工艺。本文介绍了电脱氧法及其发展,并对电脱氧法中熔盐电解材料的特性及应用进行了详细阐述和比较。包括:Ti、刚玉、石墨、不锈钢等坩埚材料的选用;阳极材料和阴极材料的应用以及阴极制备方法的改进;CaCl2、K2TiF6等熔盐体系和导线材料的选择。

Abstract:The technique in which metal or alloy can directly electrolysed from metal oxide in molten salt is called electro-deoxiedation.In this paper,electro-deoxiedation and its developments were reviewed.The characteristic and application of molten salt electrolysis materials used in electro-deoxiedation were introduced and compared in detail,which include choice of materials such as Ti,corundum,crucible,graphite,stainless steel,etc.for crucible,applications of anode materials and cathode material and improvement on preperation of cathode,choice of molten salt include CaCl2,K2TiF6,etc.and choice of lead materials.
