基于有限元仿真的高速干式切削立铣刀切削温度研究

摘    要:基于传热学和金属切削理论,在热源法的基础上,建立了高速干式铣削时立铣刀温度场的数学模型;利用有限元软件ANSYS,分析了立铣刀在不同切削工况下温度场的变化规律,推导出了立铣刀平均切削温度的经验公式,以及切削温度与切削用量的关系。

Abstract:Based on the heat transfer theory and the metal-cutting theory, the mathematical model of temperature field of end mill in high-speed dry cutting was established under the basis of heat source method; by using a finite element analysis software ANSYS, changes of temperature field of end mill in different cutting conditions were analyzed, the empirical formula of average cutting temperature of end mill, as well as the relationship between cutting temperature and cutting parameters were deduced.
