| 摘 要： | 该文通过对促进剂CBS小试所确定的工艺路线进行了200 t/a的中试实验,完善和改进了有关技术,确定的最佳中试工艺条件为:原料配比n(促进剂M)∶n(环己胺)=1∶(1.75~2.0);n(促进剂M)∶n(H2O2)=1∶(1.25~1.3);氧化温度:45~50℃;氧化时间:4.5~5.0 h。稳定运行结果表明,产品熔点≥97℃,收率以M计达到93%以上,产品质量全部达到一级品的标准,优级品率为88%。

| Abstract: | According to the technology decided by small scale test,the middle scale test of 200 t/a has been done for accelerator CBS.The optimal process conditions are:n(accelerator M)∶n(cyclohexylamine)=1∶(1.75～2.0),n(accelerator M)∶n(hydrogen peroxide)=1∶(1.25～1.3),oxidation temperature 45～50 ℃ and oxidation time 4.5～5.0 h.The result of steady operation shows that,the melting point of the product ≥97 ℃,the yield is over 93%,all the products attain the A1 quality,and the rate of high-class product is 88%. |
