碳化钨-金属复合材料的热机械合金化合成

摘    要:采用热机械合金化方法,以W、活性炭、Ni、Co为原料制备了WC-M(Ni/Co)复合材料,研究了机械合金化对W-C-M粉末体系及其合成过程的作用。结果表明:粉末体系经机械合金化后颗粒细化,具有较大的畸变能;粉末体系以500r/min转速球磨15h后,在900℃下烧结后已经生成了WC和W2C,所有的W均已参与了反应;球磨时间为10h时,即使在1100℃下烧结后仍有部分W残留。MA过程提高了反应物的反应活性、降低了反应温度,使合成试样具有颗粒粒度约为1~3!m、分布较均匀的组织。

Abstract:Wactive carbon,Ni and Co powders were used as raw materials by thermal mechanical alloying(TMA) to prepare WC-M(metal) composites and the effect of mechanical alloying(MA) on W-C-M powder system and its sintering process was studied.It is shown that the activatied powder system has finer grains and a lot of distortion energy.The powder system milled at 500 r/min for 15 hours has formed WC and W2C after sintering at 900 ℃ and all of the tungsten has participatedin in the reaction,whereas the one milled for 10 hours still has tungsten left after sintering at 1 100 ℃.MA process accelerates the reaction activeness of reactants,reduces the reaction temperature and makes the microstructures of composite distribute homogeneously with grain size of about 1~3 μm.
