面向设备e-维护的嵌入式网络化智能单元的实现

摘    要:鉴于敏捷制造对制造过程管理与维护的需求,研究并建立了制造系统智能维护单元的原型。提出了基于Internet的嵌入式智能维护单元的基本构架,介绍了其实现方案,在此基础上构建了远程维护系统模型,并针对系统的可靠性、网络化和智能化要求,提出了基于多参数集成智能维护单元的网络维护解决方案和系统关键技术。分析了基于嵌入式智能单元的维护技术的应用特征和发展前景。

Abstract:To realize and enhance the information process and maintenance ability of agile manufacturing system,the conception and prototype of IIUM(Internet based Intelligent-Unit oriented e-Maintenanc) were proposed.First,the primary architecture and the key techniques of Internet-based IIUM,based on the research of recent products both at home and abroard,were presented.Furthermore,remote monitoring and maintenance system constructed with IIUM were introduced.To meet the demands of high reliability,networking and intelligence of system,key technologies and Internet-based maintenance system with IIUM integrated with multi-parameter signals were also presented.Finally,the application features and future tendency of IIUM-based maintenance technology were analyzed.
