| 摘 要： | 用亚硒酸 (H2 SeO3)氧化I- 成I2 ,I2 与I- 生成I- 3 ,I- 3 与孔雀绿阳离子 (MG+ )发生离子缔合反应生成缔合物 ,再用N2气将此缔合物浮选于苯中 ,建立了光度法间接测定硒的新方法。测定了天然水中硒 ,结果表明 :本法灵敏度高 (ε =2.2×10 6 ) ,精密度好 (测 5.0 μg硒 10次 ,RSD =2 . 7% ) ,检出限为 4.7× 10 - 1 0 g/mL。
