纵流壳程换热设备装配仿真的研究与实现

摘    要:以三维造型和装配软件MDT(Mechanical Deskeop)为开发平台,借助于Active X自动化界面技术和VBA(Visual Pasic for Application)集成开发环境,进行换热设备三维数字化建模和装配仿真技术研究,开发纵流壳程换热设备装配子系统,能够提高设计效率和质量。对系统实现方法进行了研究和实践,系统以设置对象变量的方法引用MDT对象,对下拉菜单和图形用户界面进行了设计和编制,并采用程序代码预设了错误处理机制,解决了系统开发中的关键问题。

Abstract:Taking MDT as development platform and VBA as integrated development environment, the research of 3D digital modeling and assembly simulation are presented, the assembly Sub - system of New Type Longitudinal Flow of shell - side heat exchanger is developed, which can raise design efficiency and quality. In this system, MDT objects are refered through setting object variables, pop menus and graphical user interfaces are designed and created, Processor system of mistakes is setted through program code beforehand. Implement methods of it are practiced, and crucial techniques are solved.
