GMAW焊机数字化送丝系统研究

摘    要:采用数字化控制技术对送丝电机进行控制。采用光电编码器进行送丝速度反馈,利用相应的控制算法使实际送丝速度值与预置值趋于一致,从而改善其稳定性,保证焊接质量。送丝系统的数字化可实现与数字化焊接电源的接口。

Abstract:Adopting digital control technology controlled the wire feeding motor. The optical coder was used for feedbacking the wire feed rate. Using corresponding control algorithm makes actual speed to meet the preset speed, to improve the stability and welding quality. The wire feeding system realized interface with the digital welding source.
