基于电能回馈技术的电机智能测试系统

摘    要:介绍了基于电能回馈技术的电机测试系统。负载试验和温升试验作负载的直流电机,在测试过程中作为发电机运行,把电能反馈给电网,从而实现了节能控制。该系统采用IEEE488总线和可编程逻辑控制,大大提高了系统的自动化程度。实践证明,该系统具有结构先进、配置合理、设备可靠、精度高、操作简便、测量结果处理快等特点。

Abstract:The motor test system based on electricity feedback technology was introduced. The DC motor acts as the load of performance test and temperature rise test, operates as the generator and feeds back electricity to the grid during the test, so the energy saving control was achieved. The system adopts the IEEE488 bus and PLC control, greatly improves its automation. The facts demonstrated that the testing system has many characteristics, such as advanced system structure, reasonable configuration, high reliability, high accuracy, convenient operation and rapid testing speed.
