基于数字信号处理器的无位置传感器无刷直流电机起动方法

摘    要:对反电动势检测转子位置的无传感器无刷直流电机的控制方法进行了研究。分析了几种常用的电机起动方法。阐述了利用dsPIC30F6010芯片实现无位置传感器无刷直流电机预定位起动的方法,给出了相电流和转速波形。试验结果表明,该方法具有起动稳定、可靠的特点。

Abstract:The control mode on back-EMF detect of sensorless BLDC motor was studied. Several frequent methods of motor starting were analyzed. The pre-position method using dsPIC3OF6010 to realize the starting of sensorless BLDC motor was expounded, and the wave form of phase current and torque were given. The presented method feaures of starting with stability and reliability was veritied by experimental results.
