ANSYS软件的电压加载原理及其应用

摘    要:运用ANSYS软件进行异步电机磁场分析时存在电压加载问题。研究了利用ANSYS方便地解决电机磁场计算中电压加载以及场路耦合问题的方法,并进一步将ANSYS的电压加载方法和原理具体应用到1台11kW笼型异步电机起动计算过程中。通过后处理程序,得到电磁力矩、电流、电阻值,与实测结果对比,证实了该电压加载方法的可行性和可靠性。

Abstract:Vohage-drop loading problem existed in magnetic field analysis of induction motors based on ANSYS. The voltage loading problem and magnetic field couple were well settled in this paper. The method was used in the starting procedure calculation of one 11 kW squirrel cage inductor motor. The electro-magnetic torque, current, voltage and resistance were obtained through the postprocessor. The above work was valid and reliable by comparing with the real data,
