食品中防腐剂双乙酸钠检测方法的研究——高效液相色谱法

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱仪(配紫外检测器)摸索出食品中双乙酸钠出峰的色谱条件和糕点、豆制品等食品的前处理方法,并且与其他相关类型防腐剂进行了排查,进行准确的定性和定量测定的研究。标准曲线有较好的线性关系,方法回收率达95%;RSD〈3.0%,精密度高;最低检测浓度为0.01g/L。

Abstract:By using the high performance liquid chro-matograph(including UV detector),chromatogram con-ditions of emerging peak and pretreatment methods of cake,bean product had been studied in this paper,at the same time other antiseptics have been screened,and its qualitative and quantitative tests in this method have been done.The experimental results show that linear relation of this method is preferable,recovery of this method can reach 95 %,RSD of this method is <3.0 %,precision of this method is high and the le...
