熔体浸渗法制备镁/氧化铝复合材料

摘    要:采用熔体浸渗法制备了Mg/Al2O3复合材料,利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、金相显微镜等测试手段对其微观组织结构和力学性能进行了表征,并对试样断裂韧性和耐磨性进行了研究.结果表明:熔体浸渗法制备的Mg/Al2O3复合材料具有双连续相网络结构,且界面结合良好;随着Mg含量的减少,复合材料断裂韧性降低、耐磨性大幅度提高.

Abstract:Mg/Al2O3 composites are prepared by molten magnesium reduced and penetrated alumina porous ceramic skeleton, the microstructute of Mg/Al2O3 composites is analyzed by XRD,SEM and optical metallographic and so on,and the fracture toughness and anti-wear property are studied. The results indicate that Mg/Al2O3 composite is a two-comtinuous-phase-networks metal-ceramics composite, and the interface of magnesium and alumina has a good bonding. The fracture toughness decreases and anti-wear of that greatly increases with magnesium content decreasing.
