| 摘 要： | 计费账务系统的集中和融合是互联网时代计费系统建设的重要方向。在分析省集中计费账务系统建设现状的基础上,指出系统的发展趋势和面临的挑战。针对这些难点,结合目前该领域已经取得的成果,提出一种可行的技术方案,并对其中的要点进行了阐述。

| Abstract: | Centralizing and converging of charging and billing system is an important direction of system construction of the Internet era. Based on the analysis of the current provincial centralized charging and billing systems, the trends and challenges of system construction were proposed. Considering the difficulties and achievements of this area, the paper presented a feasible technical solution and described the key points of it. |
