| Abstract: | This paper starts with a requirement analysis of User Experience Evaluation in telecom products, business support systems, and then proposes a preliminary framework for User Experience Evaluation in telecom industry, including software usability testing, user experience architecture and the corresponding methods. It also provides some cases to illustrate the application of User Experience Evaluation methods in typical telecom applications, i.e., business support systems. |
