摘    要:针对天津某石化公司丁二烯换热器出口管道振动问题,根据测得的管道振动情况,运用有限元分析软件对管道进行了模态分析及支撑结构的模拟选型计算,并结合实际情况,提出了管道振动的解决方案。运用阻尼减振技术,在不停机、未改变管道原有结构布置、未改变原有流量等参数的情况下,在管道的适当位置安装阻尼器,有效降低了管道系统的振幅,消除了管道振动产生的安全隐患。

Abstract:In order to reduce the outlet pipeline vibration of the butadiene heat exchanger in a petrochemical company in Tianjin,this paper makes a modal analysis of the pipeline according to the vibration data measured in the field and calculates the simulation selection of the support structure with finite element method(FEM).Then it brings forward some feasible solutions to reduce the vibration of the piping systems based on the actual situation.Damping technology can effectively reduce the vibration amplitude of the whole piping systems without shutting down the machine set,changing the original structure of the piping systems or changing the parameters of the original flow.Therefore,the hidden dangers caused by the vibration are eliminated.
