主动防翻装置控制系统设计

摘    要:针对主动防翻装置液压回路和控制参量特点,设计了基于模糊PID算法的液压控制系统。并应用Simulink对常规PID算法和模糊PID算法进行仿真,通过对比发现采用模糊PID算法时,控制系统的调节时间缩短了0.025s、最大超调量减小了17.9%,表明模糊PID控制算法在此系统中具有更好的适应性,满足主动防翻装置的整体性能要求,为进一步控制系统的硬件设计提供了依据。

Abstract:Regarding to the hydraulic circuit and control parameters characteristics of active anti-turnoff device, the hydraulic control system has been designed based on ambiguous PID. The routine PID and the ambiguous PID have been simulated by applying Simulink, by contrast with the routine one, when adopting the ambiguous PID, the control time shortened by 0. 025 s, and the max decreased by 17.9%, which showed that the ambiguous PID is more applicable for the system and suitable for integrity performance demand of active anti-turnoff device and provided basis for further design of control system hardware as well.
