摘    要:对酸洗板压入的异物进行金相和电镜分析,经分析酸洗板压人的异物成分与侧导板表层和焊接层成分、组织接近,确定异物为脱落的侧导板表层或焊接物。制定改进措施,有效地抑制了异物压入缺陷的发生,保证了产品的表面质量。

Abstract:Metallographic and electron microscope analyses h, ve been conducted on impurity defects pressed in pickling plate, the analyzed result was that the constitutes of substance pressed in pickling plate are similar to the components of side guide surface and welding layer, from which the conclusion was made that the substance was fallen side guide surface layer and weld metal. Impurity pressed defects occurrence have been prevented efficiently by establishing improvement measures so that surface quality of products have been upgraded.
