Abstract: | Considers techniques that neutralize effects of circuit inductance caused generally by extraneous radio frequency (RF) voltage changes. The study was concerned chiefly with RF interference which "arises from transients in the power supply that energizes the solid state devices and from transients due to relay switching." The need for a well regulated power source is indicated. Hence, inductive loads DC and AC are focused on in the discussion. The combination of load matching with electronic zero-crossing switching is examined in relation to electrical interference. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2010 APA, all rights reserved) |
