Abstract: | Comments on "Reforms as experiments" by D. T. Campbell (American Psychologist, 1969, Vol 24, 404-429, see record 1969-17253-001). Campbell's suggestions for an extension of experimental thinking into our legislatures could be the most important contribution that any psychologist has made to our society. Why not form an APA committee to confer with our colleagues in the social sciences to see whether institutions can be proposed to maximize the experimental approach to legislation?
