| 摘 要： | 研制了一种实用的基于电接点膜盒压力计工作原理的煤气欠压报警装置。该装置用于测量煤气主管道上的煤气压力。当煤气压力降低到一定限度时 ,本装置立即报警。这样工作在加热炉控制室的人员会立即采取措施。可以避免加热炉炉膛发生爆炸事故 ,消除不安全因素 ,保障人身和设备安全 ,对保证安全生产、提高产品质量起着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | A practical gas lower pressure alarming device which consists of electrical contact diaphragm pressure gauge and some electric elements is introduced.Such device is used to measure the pressure in the main gas pipe of heating furnace and make an alarm when the gas pressure is lower than the set limit.Therefore the staffs in the control room of the furnace can take measures in time to avoid explosion of the furnace. In such a way, this device plays an important part in safety of equipment and personnel and promotion of the high quality product. |
