摘    要:振动响应测量在电机的缺陷检测中是十分重要和有效的技术。当电机发生故障而产生撞击时。产生短期脉冲,使转子轴承系统发生激振。利用时域和频域两种振动测量方法可对电机进行状态监测,即对振动信号进行频谱分析。因此,设计了电机故障检测实验台,进行了基于频谱分析方法的电机故障检测,正确诊断出电机故障。对旋转机械振动检测和故障分析有借鉴和参考作用。

Abstract:Vibration measurement in defect detection for motor is very important and effective technology. When a fault arising from the electrical impact, a short-pulse resulted in the rotor vibrating. Through two vibration measurement methods of the time domain and frequency domain can be carried out on the electrical condition monitoring,which is spectrum analysis on the vibration signal. Motor fault detection test-bed was designed. The electrical fault detection based on a spectral analysis method was carried out. Electrical faults were correctly diagnosed. It is practical significance on rotating machinery vibration detection and fault analysis and reference information.
