摘    要:试验测试了500℃时高温螺栓材料25 Cr2 MoVA在应变控制的蠕变-疲劳载荷下的循环应力松弛行为,重点考虑了不同应变幅和峰值保持时间对材料应力松弛行为的影响。研究表明,保持阶段的蠕变变形和循环加载阶段的粘塑性变形共同加速了25 Cr2 MoVA的应力松弛速率,且应变幅小的时候,材料的循环松弛速率更大。

Cyclic Stress Relaxation Behavior of 25Cr2MoVA Steel under Creep-Fatigue Loadings

Abstract:Cyclic stress relaxation behavior of high -temperature bolt material 25 Cr2 MoVA was investiga-ted by strain -controlled creep -fatigue tests at 500 ℃.The effects of different strain amplitudes and peak hold time on the stress relaxation behavior of 25Cr2MoVA steel were stressed .Results showed that creep deformation produced during peak hold time together with the visco -plastic deformation took place during cyclic loading stage commonly accelerate the stress relaxation rate of 25 Cr2 MoVA steel , and the strain relaxation rate is greater when the strain amplitude is relatively smaller .
