核电厂凝汽器传热管失效分析和预防策略

摘    要:凝汽器是核电厂热力循环系统重要设备,传热管泄漏失效影响了电站的安全可靠运行。针对该问题,分析了凝汽器传热管失效的原因。通过改进二次滤网设备不合理设计、严格异物控制、控制海水物生长、更换不锈钢实心管等,解决了传热管频繁泄漏问题。后续从加强设备管理和优化维修等方面提出了防范措施和建议,确保凝汽器长期安全可靠运行。

Abstract:The condenser is an important equipment of the thermal cycle system in nuclear power plant , the tubes leakage & failure affect the plant safety operation .For these problems , it analyze the cause of condenser tubes failure .Then ,modify the second filter unreasonable design ,strictly control foreign materi-al,change the failure tubes with stainless steel solid tubes ,these measure solve the tubes frequently leak problem.In the future,it provide the preventive measure and suggesting from equipment management and optimizing maintenance ,and ensure the condenser long -term safety &reliable operation .
