摘    要:铝合金以其良好的力学性能、防锈性能和轻量化而被广泛用于航空、航天等领域。但铝合金特有的物理-化学性质导致其焊接性极差,极易产生气孔、裂纹等焊接缺陷。主要对2A14铝合金法兰焊接裂纹的产生原因和补焊工艺特点,各种注意事项以及对铝合金焊接裂纹补焊工艺规范进行了详细讨论和探索,同时制定了严格的和细化的补焊工艺流程,完成了该法兰的补焊操作。

Repairing of Welding Crack in 2A14 Aluminum Alloy Flange

Abstract:Based on the good mechanical properties, anti - rust performance and lightweight, aluminum alloy was widely used in aviation, aerospace and other fields. Owing to its unique physical and chemical properties ; the weldability of aluminum alloy is poor, and there are several welding defects generated during the welding process, such as blowholes, cracks, inclusion of slag and so on. The reason of aluminum alloy (2A14) welding crack and the characteristics of repair welding process were studied;the matters needing attention of aluminum alloy welding crack and the technology of repair welding have been discussed and explored in detail. At the same time, the welding process of repairing that was strict and detailed has been formulated;the repair welding of the flange was successfully completed.
