| 摘 要： | 以松嫩平原湿地为背景，在地理信息系统基础平台上构筑水利信息系统。文中提出一种基于COM组件的湿地地理信息系统开发方法，用统一建模语言(UML)对湿地系统做了细致分析和建模，同时给出该湿地系统的原型。

| Abstract: | Taking Songnen Plane wetland as background, the paper tries to establish an information system of hydrology based on GIS trchnology. A method is presented to develop a wetland GIS by use of COM and designs the system architecture using UML method. At the last, the method is implemented into a prototype system. |
